Refund policy

Thank you for choosing to order from mypraisebeads.

All our orders are handmade. Therefore, we regret to inform we do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products unless they are faulty. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If there are any problems with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of delivery at to notify us. Please include your order number and phone number.

If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we will be unable to offer any returns, refunds or exchanges.

We accept no responsibility for the non-delivery of orders where the full address, including the postal code, is not quoted correctly.

For all other items, to be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We make every effort to show the colours on the screen as close as possible to the products you will receive. However, we cannot guarantee an exact match. Images on this website should not be relied upon as such. The representations are limited by technology and may vary due to screen and printer settings.
Please note that we use natural stones in all our products and as such, there may be minor variations from piece to piece.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Some of our items are unique, one-off pieces and as such cannot be replaced with the same item. You may be entitled to a refund or an exchange for an alternative item. Please send us an email at Please include your order number and phone number.

Shipping costs:

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
